Who Are We?

OnΛyota'a:ka – Oneida: People of the Standing Stone, a nation of the Lotinosho:ni Confederacy, moved from our ancestral homelands, what is now known as New York State in 1840 to our present location along the banks of the Thames river.

Oneida Language Matters

Let's Speak the Oneida Language – in our homes, to our families and to each other. Our language holds our Oneida cultural identity and the Iroquoian worldview. It is our duty to pass these on to coming generations.
